Placing a Wholesale Order

Opening Orders: $200+ | Re-Order Minimum: $150

General Terms

Most wholesale orders will ship within 3 business days from our Vero Beach, FL Warehouse. (This does not include pre-order items, they will ship on the date noted on the product page.) Peak Market Weeks in January and July, as well as federal holidays will extend our lead time- please message us if you need a specific shipping date.

Our carrier for all domestic US-Based orders is UPS, which is billed at time of shipment. (We will use the more economical USPS Shipping option for Alaskan or Hawaiian delivery addresses unless you specify otherwise.)

Existing retailers may submit their personal FedEx or UPS account numbers if preferred. These third-party shipping accounts (UPS & FedEx) will incur a $5 handling fee.

International orders will ship by UPS International unless client elects to ship via their own UPS, DHL or FedEx Accounts. Buyers are responsible for any international taxes, duties, or fees.

Wholesale orders are billed electronically at time of shipment, except by those stores approved for NET30 Terms, which will be invoiced at time of shipment via email.

New Direct Accounts will be billed via credit card for their opening order, but may request NET30 terms for reorders. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and Paypal, or check payment for NET30 accounts. Late payments will accrue 5% interest per month past due.

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless items have been damaged in transit or are defective. Please notify us of damaged items within 5 business days and we will send a call tag to return the damaged items, and we will ship replacements for the defective merchandise.

If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date, please notify us when placing your order so we may accommodate your request. Please subscribe to our wholesale newsletter to be informed of our important announcements such as holiday cut-off dates, special seasonal promotions, and new releases.
