General FAQs

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business days of purchasing, with the exception of the week between Christmas and New Years Day. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped-please check spam if you’ve missed it. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to unforeseen inclement weather, or re-routing due to address errors.

For online sales, we are not required to charge sales tax to recipients outside of the state of Florida. Florida residents are required to pay the standard rate (6.5%) on their orders. Any purchases made at our Studio Shop in Vero Beach will be subject to standard Florida tax rates. (6.5%)

Yes- we enjoy working on bespoke, custom commissions for all sorts of events large and small! Due to the extensive time involved in collaborating on these projects, we are only able to book a select number of custom event suites each year.

Policies

RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS:
We accept returns of unwanted merchandise purchased from idlewildco.com within 14 days of item receipt. You may ship your items to us in unused/unopened condition for a credit return of your purchase price upon receipt of the returned items. Please note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on final-sale items (ending in $X.99,) or custom products.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us, and we will provide you with a shipping label to return the damaged item, and a replacement item upon return receipt.

MISSING PACKAGES:
If your package does not arrive, please contact us.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES:
We do not accept returns of items that we not purchased from us directly via idlewildco.com. Please contact your purchase location for their Return Policy.

We are currently not able to offer price adjustments. If you have additional questions, please reach out to us at customercare@idlewildco.com.

This may be due to an billing address not batching the address associated with the card. Alternatively, you may have an expired card stored on your account as your default payment method. Please contact your bank regarding this matter.

We frequently run site-wide or product-specific promotions/sales. Many times, simultaneously running discount or coupon codes (including our Welcome Code) will not apply to items already on sale, or marked Final Sale/Last Call. Please email us at customercare@idlewildbrands.com if you have any issues or concerns.

As a product manufacturer, having thoughtful, environmental standards should be a requirement, not an option.

• We print locally when possible, and assemble products for shipment in-house.

• Our art print and greeting-card paper stocks are approved by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC.)

• Our standard, natural-white envelopes are created from 100% post-consumer papers.

• Our greeting cards are packaged in bio-degradable clear sleeves.

• We have eliminated single-use plastics in every instance possible in the packaging we have custom designed for our range of goods.

• We ship with upcycled or recycleable materials whenever possible.
