Orders are processed & ship within 1 business day. Contact us at the earliest possible convenience if you'd like to edit your order. Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

We ship same or next business day via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Vero Beach, Florida. You can track your order in your profile with your tracking number. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days, although shipping timelines may vary and are subject to carrier delays during peak holiday periods or inclement weather.

Note that our studio is closed for all US Federal Holidays, and we have a staff break December 24-January 2 annually.
