Orders may be placed via our online wholesale store (after account registration & approval,) or by phone or via email.
Orders made via our website require pre-payment and will be shipped the following business day unless instructed to hold until a specified date. If you typically work with a sales representative to place your Idlewild Co. orders, we will ensure they are notified of the sale.

Wholesale orders are billed by credit at time of shipment, except by those stores approved for NET30 Terms, which will be invoiced at time of shipment via email. Orders placed via idlewildco.com require pre-payment, and will ship the next business day unless otherwise instructed. New store opening orders will be billed via credit card for their opening order, but may request NET30 terms for reorders. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and Paypal, or check payment for NET30 accounts. Late payments will accrue 5% interest per month past due. Please note, in order to maintain our wholesale pricing we can make no exceptions to our minimum quantity meets.
Our carrier for all domestic orders is FedEx, which is billed at time of shipment. Existing retailers may submit their own UPS or FED-EX Account numbers for shipping needs by request. All third-party shipping accounts (UPS & FED-EX) incur a $5 packing & handling fee. International orders will ship by USPS Priority International unless client elects to ship via their own UPS or FedEx Accounts. Idlewild Co. is not responsible for any international taxes, duties, or fees.
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless items have been damaged in transit or are defective. Please notify us of damaged items within 5 business days and we will send a call tag as well as replacements for the defective merchandise.
If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date, please notify us when placing your order so we may accommodate your request. International accounts ordering direct with Idlewild Co. will be billed in USD and require payment at time of shipment. Idlewild Co. will ship with the most economical, insured carrier for your region. We will notify you of the exact rate once your order has been packed and weighed. If you would like us to charge your personal carrier account, please notify us at the time you place your order. A $5.00 handling fee will be incurred for this service.
Any taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates are subject to individual region and country.
